Master Planner & SCM

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed supply plans using SAP IBP or equivalent supply planning solutions.

- Collaborate with production schedulers and supply planners to ensure efficient planning and execution.

- Lead weekly Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) meetings and contribute to monthly S&OP planning cycles.

- Monitor supply plans, inventory levels, production capacity, and demand changes to ensure optimal product availability.

- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and demand planning teams to resolve supply constraints.

- Analyze supply chain performance and recommend process improvements to enhance planning efficiency.

- Ensure data accuracy within ERP and supply planning systems.

- Support supply chain transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills:

- 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Planning, or Production Scheduling.

- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP or similar supply planning platforms.

- Strong understanding of S&OP, S&OE, demand planning, inventory management, and production planning processes.

- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

- Experience in multinational or complex manufacturing/supply chain environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- SAP IBP Certification.

- Experience with SAP APO, SAP S/4HANA, or Kinaxis RapidResponse.

- Knowledge of supply chain analytics, forecasting, and KPI reporting.

- Experience working in Agile or digital supply chain transformation projects.
