MDM Architect Key Responsibilities: MDM Solution Design & Implementation: - Architect and deploy MDM platforms, focusing on data ingestion, modeling, cleansing, matching, and survivorship. - Define measurable metrics for successful MDM deployment. - Lead requirement analysis and MDM tool evaluations with business stakeholders. Data Governance & Quality: - Establish data stewardship processes, including hierarchy management, workflow management, and survivorship rules. - Define and implement data quality rules, matching and merging logic, and stewardship workflows. Technical Expertise: - Deliver solutions leveraging leading MDM tools like Informatica Multidomain MDM or Reltio MDM. - Optimize performance for scalable data models, pipelines, and queries. - Support cloud-based data management initiatives (Azure/AWS/GCP). Client & Team Engagement: - Act as a subject matter expert to advise clients on MDM tools' features, strengths, and limitations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align MDM solutions with business objectives. - Supervise development teams to ensure delivery meets client expectations. Strategic Advisory: - Assess current-state technical architecture and recommend MDM enhancements. - Align MDM implementations with business goals across customer/product/supplier domains. Qualifications: Experience: - 14+ years of technical experience, with at least 5 years in MDM architecture and 2-3 full lifecycle implementations. - Expertise with Informatica Multidomain MDM or Reltio MDM in customer and product domains. Industry Exposure: - Knowledge in industries like Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Pharma. Skills & Knowledge: - Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data governance, and integration strategies. - Proficiency in data profiling, validation, cleansing, standardization, and matching. - Hands-on experience with cloud computing environments (Azure/AWS/GCP). Soft Skills: - Strong communication and consulting abilities. - Proven ability to work independently under tight timelines. - Leadership in facilitating meetings and managing diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to digital marketing technologies like Omni-channel Campaign Management and Product Information Management (PIM). - Familiarity with data lakes, cloud data warehouses, and advanced analytics.
