Hiring: Master Data Management (MDM) Architect Retail & Supply Chain | Stibo STEP

Location: Pune (Hybrid/Onsite)

Are you an experienced MDM Architect with deep expertise in Retail & Supply Chain and hands-on experience with Stibo STEP? We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead enterprise Master Data Management initiatives, define MDM strategy, architect scalable solutions, and drive successful implementations across Product, Supplier, Customer, and Location Master Data domains.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise MDM Strategy & Architecture:

- Define enterprise MDM strategy, roadmap, and target architecture.

- Design scalable master data solutions using Stibo STEP.

- Establish data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and governance frameworks.

- Drive architecture reviews and provide technical leadership.

- Design integration architecture across enterprise applications.

2. Stibo STEP Implementation:

- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Stibo STEP.

- Configure workflows, business rules, approvals, and data quality processes.

- Design Product, Supplier, Customer, and Location data models.

- Optimize platform performance and scalability.

- Establish implementation standards and best practices.

3. Retail & Supply Chain:

- Architect Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.

- Design supplier onboarding and supplier master processes.

- Define product hierarchies, classifications, assortments, and digital asset strategies.

- Support merchandising, procurement, inventory, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment, and omnichannel initiatives.

4. Data Governance & Quality:

- Define data quality standards, KPIs, and governance processes.

- Implement validation, matching, deduplication, and survivorship rules.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish ownership and stewardship.

5. Integration & Technology:

- Design integrations between Stibo STEP and SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, Supply Chain applications, and Data Warehouse & Analytics platforms.

- Experience with APIs, ETL, middleware, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is highly desirable.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years in Data Management, MDM, or Enterprise Data Architecture.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP.

- Experience implementing Product MDM/PIM solutions in Retail.

- Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale MDM transformation programs.

Education:
