- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Billing Manager to join our dynamic team in India.

- This role is critical to our Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, requiring independent management of all US billing processes from our India office.

About the Role:

- The US Billing Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our US billing operations.

- This is a hands-on role requiring a strong understanding of US billing practices, particularly within the recruitment/staffing industry.

- The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance without direct daily support from the US team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete US billing cycle, including invoice generation, distribution, and reconciliation.

- Ensure accurate and timely billing for all US clients, adhering to contractual terms and company policies.

- Verify all billing-related data, including timesheets, rates, and expenses.

- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client queries efficiently.

- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth billing processes.

- Maintain comprehensive and organized billing records.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.

- Stay updated on US billing regulations and compliance requirements.

- Provide regular reports on billing status and key metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5-9 years of experience in US billing, with a significant portion of that experience managing operations independently.

- Must have recruitment/staffing industry billing experience.

- Proven ability to manage billing operations without direct supervision from a US team.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automated billing systems
