About the job:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our U.S. IT staffing operations. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, mentoring teams, and driving client satisfaction across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in U.S. staffing models, compliance, and recruitment metrics, along with strong leadership and client engagement capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership & Team Management


- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 810 Recruiters, ensuring consistent achievement of performance metrics.


- Drive recruiter productivity and accountability to meet or exceed expectations.


- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Training & Development


- Identify skill gaps and conduct regular training sessions to enhance domain knowledge, technical acumen, and client engagement.


- Develop and execute career progression and succession planning initiatives.


Strategic Recruitment Delivery


- Oversee end-to-end recruitment across Finance, Retail, Healthcare, and Life Sciences clients.


- Demonstrate deep understanding of client business models, technical landscapes, and hiring needs.


- Partner with Account Managers and Delivery Leaders to align sourcing strategies with client priorities.


Client & Vendor Relationship Management


- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendor partners to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.


- Serve as the escalation point for client delivery concerns and drive timely resolutions.


Operational Excellence


- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to assess performance, identify gaps, and set actionable goals.


- Maintain recruitment process standards focused on quality, turnaround time, and candidate experience.


- Ensure compliance with internal policies and staffing best practices.


Qualifications & Experience:


Education: Bachelors or master's degree or equivalent required.


Experience: 8-10 years in IT Recruitment, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership/managerial role.


Domain Expertise: Proven success hiring for Finance, Retail, or Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors.


Technical Inclination: Strong understanding of technical skill sets, emerging technologies, and market trends.
