- This role will head the innovation team for MIT.

- Along with Innovation and AI leadership.

- This person should be hands on technically.

- Someone with strong product development background.

- We are majorly react on front end.

- Java/Python on backend.

- Docker , Kubernetes skills and cloud experiences along with AI.

Job Description:

Overview: As an Innovation Leadership AI Specialist, you will be at the forefront of leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

You will be responsible for leading AI-driven initiatives, identifying opportunities for AI implementation, and spearheading projects that enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

AI Strategy Development:

- Identify areas where AI can drive innovation and create value across different departments and functions.

- Develop a roadmap for AI implementation, considering technology trends, market dynamics, and organizational capabilities.

Project Leadership:

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.

- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team.

AI Application Development:

- Oversee the deployment of AI applications into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Communicate the value proposition of AI initiatives and garner support for adoption across the organization.

- Provide training and guidance to empower teams to leverage AI tools and technologies effectively.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

- Monitor AI systems and algorithms, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience in leading AI projects or initiatives, preferably in a corporate setting.

- Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
