Description: GCC Sales Leader | Mastech Digital.
Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad/Noida (Hybrid Work Model).
About the Role:
We are seeking a Client Partner to drive growth and build strategic relationships with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across India.
This is a senior client-facing role focused on expanding Mastechs footprint in Data, AI, and Digital Services, working closely with CXOs and business leaders to shape joint innovation and delivery models.
What Youll Do:
- Identify and acquire new GCC clients across sectors.
- Lead strategic pursuits, proposal creation, and contract negotiations.
- Build deep CXO-level partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Align offerings with GCC innovation mandates in Data, AI, and Talent Services.
- Represent Mastech Digital at GCC industry events and forums.
What Were Looking For:
- 15+ years in IT Services Sales, with strong GCC exposure.
- Proven experience in enterprise / global account management.
- Track record of closing large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
- Ability to navigate CXO ecosystems and manage long sales cycles.
- Strong business acumen and leadership in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
