Experience: 5-8 years Human Resource Head Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead HR planning processes, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and lead performance management processes.
- Handle payroll processing
- Act as a key point of contact to managers and staff regarding HR policies & procedures

Qualifications:
- Master's / Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
