The company operates the brand 1C (www.1charging.com), providing end- to- end solutions for electric vehicle charging, including installation and ongoing management. Massive Mobility is rapidly expanding to scale electric vehicle charging infrastructure nationwide.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources professional to lead Talent Acquisition, Culture, and Employer Branding at Massive Mobility. This role involves managing recruitment, implementing Human Resources policies, driving employee engagement, and fostering a high- performance culture in a fast- growing electric vehicle business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, interview, and recruit top talent across technical, engineering, and business functions.
- Onboarding and Culture: Manage onboarding processes and ensure alignment with organizational culture and values.
- Compliance and Documentation: Standardize employment contracts, non- disclosure agreements, Human Resources records, and ensure legal and operational compliance.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute office events, team- building activities, and engagement programs.
- Human Resources Operations and Process Improvement: Maintain Human Resources processes, dashboards, and continuously optimize workflows for efficiency.
Who Should Apply:
- One to four years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Culture, or Employer Branding.
- Experience hiring for technical, engineering, or business roles is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and build Human Resources processes from the ground up.
- Strategic thinker with hands- on execution skills.
- Comfortable in a fast- paced, high- performance environment.
- Passionate about electric vehicles, sustainability, and climate action.
