Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate for the position of Program Manager, who will be an important member of the CEO's office.
Years of experience req : 7-10 years
Note: This is an IC role with work-from-office (Gurgaon) requirement.

- Exceptional data management
- Data analytics skills
- Reporting and dash-boarding skills
- Market study including research work
- Business finance knowledge (not accounting)
- Program management skills
- Ability to see big picture and execute programs on ground
- Connect the dots and good storytelling ability
Stakeholder management skills (both internal and external):
- Good understanding of commercial aspect of any business; mature and stable headed with assertive style
- Comfortable with startup ambiguity
- Open to travel
- Ability to execute digital transformation programs to bring in efficiency.
Tools knowledge required:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PPT, Word
- Proficiency in GPT tools
- Business intelligence and dash-boarding tools like Power BI/Tableau etc
- Basic understanding of strategy and marketing frameworks
Education: Engineering/CA plus MBA
Past roles:
People managing CEO office programs/PMO; or from strategy/management consulting or background; or from corporate strategy teams of corporates/startups.
