We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP of Sales to lead our sales strategy across inventory monetization, brand partnerships, and performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in digital media sales and a strong network across agencies, brands, and media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Own revenue targets across inventory sales, branding campaigns, and performance-driven partnerships.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth across verticals and geographies.
- Client & Agency Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, and brand managers.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
- Partnerships & Alliances: Identify and close high-impact brand collaborations, performance marketing alliances, and cross-platform opportunities.
- Data-Driven Selling: Leverage campaign data, insights, and performance metrics to pitch, upsell, and renew deals with confidence and precision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations to align offerings and ensure campaign success.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in AdTech and MarTech.
Requirements:
v10+ years of proven experience in digital media sales, preferably in inventory-led platforms, ad networks, or Q-commerce/media tech companies
- Strong background in both branding campaigns and performance marketing
- Deep relationships across media agencies, advertisers, and marketing decision-makers
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience in managing and scaling large sales teams and P&L ownership is a plus
