Role Overview

The Ad Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through digital media sales, establishing strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role demands a strong understanding of branding and performance-based advertising, combined with the ability to craft solutions for clients using Mashrises media capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Revenue Generation

1. Identify, pitch, and close new advertising partnerships across sectors.

2. Develop customized digital advertising solutions based on client objectives.

3. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Client Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and decision-makers.

2. Understand client marketing goals to propose integrated solutions across Mashrise offerings.

3. Ensure consistent client satisfaction and repeat business.

- Campaign Strategy & Execution

1. Collaborate with internal teams (media, strategy, content, influencer, and performance) to deliver impactful campaigns.

2. Ensure timely campaign execution, delivery, and reporting in line with agreed KPIs.

3. Evaluate and optimize campaigns for better ROI and performance.

- Market Intelligence & Analysis

1. Stay updated on digital media trends, ad tech platforms, and competitor offerings.

2. Generate insights from campaign data to refine sales and media strategies.

3. Leverage tools like Wordpoz, Media Smart, and analytics dashboards for sales pitches and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

- 4 to 5 years of experience in digital ad sales or media sales (preferably with a media company or digital agency).

- Proven track record of handling branding and performance-driven campaigns.

- Familiarity with ad tech tools such as Wordpoz and Media Smart.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
