- Responsible for leading and managing the Delivery & Support team for the bank's most critical application Core Banking.

- Developing and executing the support strategy of technology by achieving objectives and goals.

- Responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the team and delivering high-quality support services.

- The role delivers information technology solutions to meet business and functional requirements.

- Responsible for managing the SDLC of Change Management in Core Banking from business requirements to technical specifications, delivery, and post-implementation maintenance activities.

- Accountable for supporting and managing the Core Banking system, which can impact the bank with financial losses, reputational issues, regulator warnings/penalties, and operational losses.

- Responsible for leading the Core Production Support function within SLA, schedule, budget, and scope parameters, including testing and overseeing quality and compliance controls throughout the project life cycle.

- The role delivers information technology solutions to meet business and functional requirements.

- Responsible for leading the Core Banking team within budget and scope parameters, including testing and overseeing quality and compliance controls.

- Manage a diverse team of professionals, including offshore and outsourced personnel, responsible for application support across the bank.

- Lead the application and integration team.

- As an essential member of the governance committee, oversee policy development, vendor selection, use case evaluation, and project approvals.

- Cultivate a culture of innovation to ensure the successful implementation and support of core banking technologies, establishing a robust, scalable, and resilient platform.

- Effectively manage the "Run the Bank" team with responsibilities encompassing stability, monitoring and control, capacity management, and incident management of the bank's most critical applications.

- Ensure the achievement of agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Review and evaluate business requirements against existing and proposed systems, recommending an appropriate approach for providing solutions.

- Analyze the impact of functional requirement changes on existing systems.

- Direct and assist the development team in verifying the resolution of issues/functions developed by the team.

- Actively participate in issue resolution activities by guiding and assisting the development team and building a strong functional relationship with them.

- Understand business requirements from the bank and effectively convert them into Requirement Specifications and Functional Specifications.

- Manage and maintain documentation describing custom configuration and parameterization of third-party provided solutions.

- Provide technical guidance, information, and instruction to other IT staff requiring broader subject knowledge.

- Program manage the implementation and modernization of large-scale core digital banking platforms.

- Ensure the successful implementation of the PROGRAM DELIVERYs strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables.

- Monitor program reporting and assist the team in reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

- Oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed.

- Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the program.

- Track financial reporting while ensuring that the program and projects adhere to the agreed budget.

- Ensure cross-program dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained.

- Foster cohesion within the team and motivate members to produce quality work.

- Provide project planning, milestone management, scope management, and resource forecasting.

- Prepare regular status reports for engagement leadership.

- Ensure awareness of and adherence to compliance/risk implications.

- Seek regular updates from vendors, consultants, and the bank team on delivery progress.

- Escalate slippages to stakeholders as necessary.

- Proven experience in cross-border team management.

- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, control, and close projects while managing multiple components with minimal supervision.

- Extensive experience managing large-scale core banking transformations.

- Expertise in overseeing the complete project lifecycle with teams ranging from 25 to 50 members.

- Proficient in project management methodologies such as AGILE or PRINCE2 for medium to large-sized projects.

- Strong skills in developing and maintaining project and program plans, including risk management, action tracking, issue resolution, and dependency mapping.

- Highly efficient in resource planning and task assignment.

- Knowledgeable in benefits realization, dependency mapping, and resource.
