Mashreq - Manager - Retail Technology

- The role delivers information technology solutions to fulfill business and functional requirements.

- Responsible for the conversion of business requirements to technical specifications and delivery.

- As Core Banking Delivery Senior Analyst, the major responsibilities include requirement gathering, requirement analysis, functional specifications and review, Test Scope Identification, Test Case Review, UAT Support, Product Walk Through and Change Implementation (both code changes and product parameterization) in Flexcube Core Banking.

- Other responsibilities include Interaction with Business Users, Vendors and Technology Stakeholders, Software Quality Assurance and Periodic Status Updates.

- Manager is a resource who manages medium size/complex application from development/support prospective.

- The person needs to exhibit strong independent contribution capabilities in multiple Flexcube Modules and deliver solutions as per the timelines.

- Analyse business requirement and translate it into functional/technical specification.

- Collect data and analyze metrics related to their module Plan for and conduct Retrospection of Work requests / Modules executed.

- Prototyping and researching alternative implementation strategies.

-Tracking and monitoring the project as per the plan/ SLAs agreed with users.

- Participate / Review Technical Architecture documentation.

- Getting the inspections/reviews done as per the plan.

- Business/Customer communication.

- Provide support during SIT/UAT, Implementation, and training for assigned modules.

- Ensure delivery of modules as per prescribed quality guidelines.

- Review/verify production transfer documentation.

- Participating in functional/code reviews.

- Co-ordinate and handover the deliveries to the RUN Team for post-production support.

- Ensure strict compliance with agreed deadlines Plan, execute, and finalize assignments according to strict deadlines.

- Ensure all processes adhere to internal standards set as part of Quality & Audit, Infrastructure Management Guidelines.

- Coordinate with other interdependent teams for change delivery.

- Minimum 10+ Years of Experience in Flexcube Core Banking - Design, Development and Implementation.

- Hands on Expertise in FCJ ( Version 11.x upwards).

- Very good exposure to Retail Banking and Digital Channels.

- Subject Matter expertise in at least 2-3 modules in Flexcube - CASA, Consumer Lending, Interest & Charges etc.

- Ability to review, understand and improve program code and system documentation.

- Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.-

- Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach.
