The AVP - Channels Delivery Lead will support the GTB Channels Technology team in the successful delivery of integrations between Global Transaction Banking (GTB) digital channels and the core banking system (Oracle FLEXCUBE) across multiple Mashreq geographies.

This role acts as the primary interface between Technology, Business stakeholders, and the project implementation teams, ensuring seamless integration, testing, and validation of all digital channels with the upgraded core banking platform. The incumbent will function as a Techno-Functional Expert and System Analyst, with deep understanding of channel-to-core dependencies and cross-system interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of GTB channels integration with the core banking system across multiple countries and geographies.

- Act as the single point of contact between business stakeholders, GTB Channels Technology, vendors, and implementation teams.

- Own and manage techno-functional analysis, system design, and solution validation for channel-to-core integrations.

- Ensure seamless integration of digital channels (corporate banking, payments, trade, cash management, APIs, etc.) with the upgraded core banking system.

- Drive requirements gathering, functional specifications, system analysis, and impact assessments across dependent systems.

- Manage integration testing, UAT coordination, validation, and defect resolution to ensure production readiness.

- Identify and manage dependencies with upstream/downstream systems, country-specific applications, and network components.

- Ensure compliance with banking architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of program milestones.

- Support cutover, migration, and go-live activities, including post-production stabilization.

- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and executive reporting to senior stakeholders.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery governance, documentation, and integration best practices.

Key Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in banking technology delivery, with strong exposure to core banking and digital channels.

- Proven experience working on core banking transformation or upgrade programs, preferably involving Oracle FLEXCUBE.

- Strong techno-functional expertise in transaction banking channels and core banking integrations.

- Hands-on experience as a System Analyst / Delivery Lead in large, multi-country banking programs.

- Solid understanding of payments, cash management, trade finance, APIs, and integration patterns.

- Experience managing integration testing, UAT, and production cutovers.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders.

- Experience working in large-scale, regulated banking environments.

Good to Have:

- Experience in Global Transaction Banking (GTB) or Corporate Banking platforms.

- Exposure to ISO 20022, SWIFT, host-to-host integrations, and API-based banking.

- Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery models.

- Prior experience in multi-country core banking rollouts.
