Mashreq - Assistant Manager - BB FX Products & Payments

Job Description:

- To take crucial initiatives to enhance & digitize the existing process and recommend the best possible solution to streamline the overall product.

- Represent Business in managing the overall Customer/RBG SME/NEOBIZ/RMs and Other Stake holders critical tech and USD EDD process related challenges.

- To proactively recommend and drive USD payment related promotions & campaigns targeting N2B plus existing customers to drive the overall team productivity and revenue.

- Support Relationship teams in Meeting / exceeding annual revenue targets/SLAs.

- To coordinate with relevant technology team in deploying the changes to production.

- To Review, recommend and develop processes and SOPs to ensure seamless execution of activities.

- To maintain a constant communication with potential plus high revenue generating Clients & their finance team/ Relationship Managers/Operational support/Technology and incorporate their feedback to streamline process and policies aiming to reduce referral volume and boost same day clearance.

- To diligently focus on conducting process enhancement UATs and post go-live production issues and retesting defects ensured a successful and timely migration, enhancing operational efficiency aiming smooth transition of payments.

- To facilitate timely project implementation while providing crucial input and recommendations to other stakeholders and technology.

- To proactively recommend and drive USD payment related promotions & campaigns targeting N2B plus existing customers to drive the overall team productivity and revenue.

- In conjunction with proposition proactively solicit / manage business within the risk reward parameters.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Trade and FX products with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in this segment.

- Informed in market competition, industry practices and regulations for business banking.

- Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills.
