- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager LAP DSA at MAS Financial Services Limited located in Surat.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the LAP DSA team, driving sales targets, developing relationships with customers, and overseeing the loan against property lending business.
- The role will involve coordinating with internal teams, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills. Experience in loan against property (LAP) and direct selling agent (DSA) operations.
- Knowledge of financial products and lending processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management skills. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
