Role Description:

MAS Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Credit Head (Secured Business Loans) for its Hyderabad location.

This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in overseeing the credit operations for secured business loans within the region, ensuring top-tier customer service, managing a high-performing team, and driving sales performance.

The Regional Credit Head will manage secured business loans with a ticket size of less than Rs.

25 Lakh across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the regional credit team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Oversee the underwriting process for secured business loans, ensuring thorough risk assessment and adherence to company policies.

- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to the credit team to enhance their capabilities and performance.

- Conduct regular visits to branches and borrowers to foster strong relationships and understand operational challenges.

- Collaborate closely with business partners, the Head Office (HO) credit team, and the collections department to ensure streamlined processes.

- Manage the legal and technical aspects related to the property, ensuring compliance and safeguarding company interests.

- Oversee the collections process, ensuring effective management of up to three buckets of collections.

- Monitor the overall portfolio performance, preparing and presenting detailed MIS reports to the Head Office as required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing credit teams and underwriting secured business loans.

- Strong understanding of credit risk management, legal, and technical aspects of property management.

- Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, providing effective training and leadership.

- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio, with a focus on achieving sales and collection targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

- Familiarity with MIS reporting and portfolio performance analysis.
