MAS Financial Services - Product In-Charge - Digital Solutions

- Define product vision, roadmap, and drive P&L growth for SME products and solutions

- Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of SME-focused products including Business Loans, Working Capital Solutions, and Supply Chain Finance

- Build and optimize digital customer journeys across onboarding, credit assessment, underwriting, servicing, and collections

- Drive automation, digitization, and customer experience improvements across SME channels

- Develop ecosystem partnerships with fintech's, marketplaces, aggregators, and channel partners

- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, credit controls, and portfolio quality standards

- Collaborate with business, risk, technology, analytics, operations, and external stakeholders to deliver product outcomes

- Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage product teams to achieve business growth objectives
