National Sales Manager Used Commercial vehicle
Job Summary:
The National Sales Manager Used Commercial Vehicle, will lead the sales strategy and operations for the Used Commercial Vehicle, financing division at MAS Financial Services Limited.
The role involves driving sales growth nationwide, with a specific focus on leveraging experience in Gujarat and other states to expand market share, build partnerships, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Growth:
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy to grow the Used Commercial Vehicle financing portfolio.
- Identify and penetrate new markets while strengthening presence in existing regions, with a focus on Gujarat and other key states.
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Team Leadership:
- Conduct training and performance reviews to ensure team alignment with company objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Negotiate partnerships to enhance business opportunities and brand visibility.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Compliance and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Field Operations:
- Leverage regional expertise, particularly in Gujarat, to drive localized strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- 15+ years of sales experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role in Used Commercial Vehicle financing or automotive industry.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Used Commercial Vehicle financing market and regional dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales management tools and MS Office.
- Ability to travel extensively across India.
- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (preferred).
