- Develop and execute the organization's Digital Transformation & AI strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Enhance customer and employee experience through AI-enabled digital solutions.

- Establish enterprise-wide AI governance, data governance, and responsible AI practices.

- Implement AI solutions across underwriting, fraud detection, collections, and customer servicing.

- Leverage predictive analytics and alternative data to strengthen credit risk management and portfolio quality.

- Expand digital customer acquisition and improve servicing through digital channels.

- Deploy Generative AI solutions to enhance employee productivity and decision-making.

- Build AI-powered dashboards and analytics for business insights and executive reporting.

- Foster a culture of innovation, digital adoption, and continuous improvement across the organization.

- Collaborate with business, technology, risk, and compliance teams to drive successful digital transformation.
