Role Description
- This includes developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring collection processes, ensuring timely payments, maintaining customer relationships, and handling escalated cases.
- The role involves coordinating with the collections team, analyzing performance metrics, and achieving collection targets. The manager will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing collection strategies
- Ability to monitor and analyze collection performance metrics
- Proficiency in maintaining customer relationships and handling escalated cases
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and company policies
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
