MAS Financial - National Collection Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement national collection strategies to achieve recovery targets and reduce delinquencies across all zones and states.

- Lead, mentor, and guide Zonal, State, and Regional Collection Managers to ensure achievement of collection targets and improve team productivity.

- Monitor key performance indicators, including DPD, roll rates, collection efficiency, recovery ratios, NPA levels, and portfolio quality.

- Drive recovery strategies for overdue and stressed accounts, minimize credit losses, and ensure effective NPA resolution.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, applicable RBI guidelines, regulatory requirements, legal procedures, and ethical collection practices.

- Standardize collection processes and implement digital initiatives to improve operational efficiency, recovery effectiveness, and cost optimization.

- Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams to develop effective collection strategies and resolve delinquent accounts.

- Review zone-wise and state-wise collection performance, analyze recovery trends, prepare reports for senior management, and implement corrective action plans to achieve business objectives.
