Develop understanding of the sector/industry in which the company is operating its business  - Carry out in-depth analysis of the company's financials for the last 5-6 years based on data available through public as well as other market sources, perform peer group comparison & indicate red flags for possible fraud/fund diversion  - Evaluate the corporate governance practices of the company within a given framework  - Evaluate promoter credentials and other business interests  - Understand the regulatory ambit in which the company operates in. Use various regulatory filings to verify financials presented in the audited financial statements  - Undertake market intelligence/mystery shopping/field investigation exercises   - Undertake background due diligence on identified individuals/entities  - Prepare presentation/report of your findings & present the same to the client  Salary Range: 6-13 LPA
