What you will own and do:

Strategy Planning & Implementation:

- Responsible for making strategy for Sales, Business Development & Marketing of Marvel vertical.

- Preparing Annual Business Plan and adhering to it throughout the year.

- Managing Sales team i.e. GM, RSM, ASM, ASE and other sales team across the region.

Increasing the Client base of Window Furnishing product for Retail and Project Sales:

- Analyze and compare sales plans with the last year base and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales.

- Assisting the Channel Partner in achieving the targets and providing them with training

Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets. This includes setting clear objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

- Implement sales performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies. Regularly review sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.

- Conduct in-house seminars and training sessions for the sales team.

Qualifications:

- An MBA in Sales and Marketing from a well-recognized institution.

- Good Team Management skills

- Team player with solid motivational and leadership skills.

Technical Skills required:

- Experience of 8+ Years into Project as well as Retail sales in Interior Products / Building Material Products.

- Handling 15+ person team with Revenue of 100 Cr.

- Knowledge of best sales practices and methods.
