Maruti Ispat & Pipes - Finance Controller

Job Description :

- Liaise with external auditors and other financial professionals.

- Establishing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations

- Ratio analysis, variance analysis and MIS

- Periodic finalization of the books and coordination of the statutory audits thereon

- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Oversee direct taxation and indirect taxation matters

- Coordinating with Industries department for incentive

- IPO Project management

- SoPs and policies formulation and ensure adherence to the same

- Prepare and oversee budgets and financial projections.

- Drive Cost optimisation

- Driving projects leading to automation, cost efficiency

- Preparing and delivering financial presentations to support decision-making.

- Ensuring compliance with financial laws, regulations, and reporting requirements

- Oversee the accounting operations

- Financial Reporting and analysis

- Monitor cash flow and liquidity and advise on strategies to maintain a strong financial position

- Manage and develop the accounting team to ensure maximum efficiency including setting goals and performance evaluations.

- Act as a financial advisor to senior management

- Ensure that the company's financial records are organized and accurate.

- Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

- Participating in the development of financial strategies and long-term financial planning
