About the Role:
We are seeking a MarTech professional with a strong foundation in SaaS products, data-driven marketing, and automation. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between marketing and technology-using analytics, automation tools, and digital strategies to optimize customer engagement and drive growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, understands both marketing and engineering workflows, and can deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms to drive personalized, scalable campaigns.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate SaaS product capabilities into marketing workflows.
- Leverage data and analytics to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and generate actionable insights.
- Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market strategies by aligning marketing efforts with product capabilities.
- Support demand generation initiatives with digital marketing know-how (SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, content strategies).
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute technology-enabled marketing solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging MarTech trends and recommend innovative approaches.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS products, MarTech, or digital marketing automation.
- Strong expertise in data analytics and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Proven understanding of Indian markets; international exposure is a plus but not essential.
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, performance marketing, analytics).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and engineering.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
