About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to join the Global Strategy & Planning team, part of our risk business at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Our Strategy & Planning team is dedicated to driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional value to stakeholders. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for leading Strategy & Planning initiatives globally.

We will count on you to:

- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with Marsh's overall business objectives and drive transformation.

- Manage multiple planning phases throughout the planning lifecycle and oversee complex projects from start to finish while engaging with senior stakeholders.

- Conduct research and analysis on markets, competitors, industry trends, and other external factors to support strategic decision-making.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Develop business cases, presentations, and materials that showcase strategic priorities for executive-level audiences.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and operational leaders and other key stakeholders across strategic initiatives.

- Monitor the work of other Planning personnel on specific tasks and assignments and serve as a mentor to junior professional and support staff.

What you need to have:

- 10 years+ of strategy and planning experience.

- Significant experience in strategy development and business planning, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry; management consulting experience preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to senior executive audiences.

- Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development skills.

- Exceptional Excel and financial analysis skills.
