Marsh & McLennan - Director - M&A - HR Due Diligence

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our M&A Advisory Services team at Marsh, People and Investments business. This role will be based in Mumbai, Gurgaon, or Bangalore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What you will do:

- Act as the IMEA M&A Engagement Advisor and Commercial Leader, responsible for driving the growth, scaling, and expansion of the Marsh, People and Investments M&A brand across the IMEA region.

- Work closely with our Global M&A team, local geography leaders, and Career leadership to deliver exceptional client service and business results.

- Embody our purpose to Build the Confidence to Thrive through the Power of Perspective.

- Inspire teams through vision and enthusiasm, build trusted relationships, and unlock the full potential of people with resilience, empathy, and humility.

- Report directly to the Global M&A Advisory Leader.

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.

- At least 10 years of professional experience in M&A and Human Capital, including consulting experience with Corporates as well as Private Equity firms.

- Established personal brand presence and network within M&A advisory services buying centers.

- Excellent communication and consulting skills.

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with AI tools.
