We are seeking a talented individual to join our Japan Client Services team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Mumbai, Pune & Bengaluru. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Senior Relationship Manager / Assistant Vice President/ Vice President Japan Client Services. We will count on you to: - Responsible for new business development for JCS desk Pan India. - Co-ordination and close communication with Marsh Japan for Global Programmes. - Responsible for cross selling of products for Global clients. - Co-ordination with various branch colleagues across India for effective client servicing. - Maintain relationship with Japanese insurance companies. - Perform as primary interface for Global Management with regards to customer escalations. - Creating and implementing business planning processes and support in strategy development. - Drive critical business decisions by analysing metrics and designing reports. - Retaining and expanding existing client relationships. - Develops and maintains effective network within the business community and industry. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. What you need to have: - 8+ years of experience in insurance industry managing corporate and multinational clients. - Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background. - Ability to manage diverse client cultures i. - Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients. - Domain knowledge preferred. - MBA from a reputed B School. - Understanding of Trade Receivables Business, Financial statements and proficiency in Insurance fundamentals.
