About the Job:

As an Inside Sales Manager at Marquee Equity, you will play a key role in managing and converting leads, running product demos, and closing new clients. Youll also support broader business strategy initiatives while working closely with our founder and clients worldwide.

At its core, this is a sales-driven, high-performance, client-facing roleperfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking full ownership of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with inbound leads and convert interest into scheduled product demos.

- Conduct detailed research on prospects to deliver personalized and relevant sales pitches.

- Run engaging, informative, and well-structured product demos for global clients.

- Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable Marquee Equity solution.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships beyond the point of sale.

- Execute structured, consistent follow-ups (calls, texts, emails) to maximize conversions.

- Meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in Investment Banking or as an Investment Analyst is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of startup fundraising, venture capital, and the broader investment ecosystem is a major advantage.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Strong sales, communication, research, and presentation skills.

- Highly self-motivated, results-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced remote setup.

- Must own a laptop and have a strong, reliable internet connection.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Willingness to undergo a 2-week onboarding and training program.

- Remote-first role work from anywhere in the world.
