About the Role:

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Marquee Equity, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing high-intent leads, delivering compelling product demos, and closing enterprise-level clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance, client-facing environment and enjoys working directly with global clients and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with inbound and outbound leads, converting interest into scheduled product demos.

- Conduct comprehensive research on prospects to tailor demos and refine sales pitches.

- Deliver impactful, engaging, and structured product demonstrations to founders, CXOs, and enterprise stakeholders.

- Identify client needs and recommend the most suitable Marquee Equity solutions.

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification demo proposal negotiation closure.

- Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships to support client success and retention.

- Execute structured follow-ups (calls, emails, messages) to maximize engagement and conversions.

- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

- Collaborate closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to support business strategy and product positioning.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in Investment Banking, Investment Analysis, or Financial Services sales is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of startup fundraising, venture capital, and investment ecosystem is a significant advantage.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong research ability, analytical mindset, and consultative selling approach.

- Proven sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

- Highly self-motivated, outcome-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote, high-autonomy environment.

- Must own a laptop and have a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently across time zones.

- Willingness to complete a 2-week onboarding and training program.
