JOB SUMMARY : Marmore is looking to hire individuals for its parent company, Kuwait Financial Centre, Markaz, who will undertake financial analysis and prepare valuation reports (equity and fixed income). The role will see the candidate undertaking extensive report writing, financial modelling on spreadsheets, preparation of power point presentations and review of legal agreements. The individual must have an eye for detail and should be able to perform under reasonable pressure on multiple activities. The candidate should have a well-developed ability to apply good knowledge of core study areas (eg: capital markets, financial statements analysis, equity, and fixed income analysis, etc.). In carrying out the tasks assigned the candidate should work with minimum supervision. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : Below are some of the tasks an analyst would perform for the Capital markets team: - Financial Due diligence - Financial analysis and credit analysis. - Valuation - Draft offering documents including Prospectus, Investor Presentations, Brochures, term sheet, etc. - Drafting of proposals. - Review of legal documentation related to transactions. - Management of subscription process: - Preparation of regulatory applications - Preparation of subscription forms - Coordinate with back-office and Financial department on settlement - Coordinate with Kuwait Clearing Company - Write and publish periodical reports on GCC capital markets. - Preparation of client reports/presentations for IPO readiness Assessment. - Data mining & Research TECHNICAL SKILLS : The candidate should possess the following technical skills: - Report writing skills - Business & Financial Analysis - Industry Analysis - Equity & Fixed Income Analysis - Macro Economic & Thematic Analysis - Valuation methodologies (PE, EV/EBITDA, DCF etc.) - Report writing skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
