Site Merchandising Manager Job Title: Site Merchandising Manager Job Purpose: We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Merchandising Manager to join our dynamic ecommerce team. As a Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to Improve Conversion, Drive Revenue, and Enhance Consumer Journey. Your expertise in Merchandising strategies, market analysis, and assortment Planning will be critical in curating a compelling assortment, optimizing product performance, and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience on our e-commerce platform Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job): Merchandising Strategy Development: - Develop and implement a comprehensive site merchandising strategy aligned with business objectives, audience, and market trends. Product Assortment Management: - Curate and manage the product assortment on the website, ensuring a diverse and compelling selection that meets customer needs. Visual Presentation Optimization: - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and intuitive online experiences that drive customer engagement and conversion rates. Continuously optimize site layout, navigation, and imagery to improve overall user experience. Promotions and Campaigns: - Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including product launches, seasonal events, and sales initiatives. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation. Analytics and Reporting: - Utilize web analytics tools to monitor and analyze site performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven strategies to increase sales & customer satisfaction. Enhance Navigation & Review Consumer Journey: - Closely review consumer journey from the Home/CLP to PLP to PDP pages. Plan navigation and focus on improving the conversion. Key Skills: - Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office - Effective Interpersonal Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical ability - Planning and organizational ability
