About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Content Strategist to lead the content vision and drive growth across key client accounts. This is not just a writing role it is a leadership position at the intersection of brand strategy, creative ideation, and business development. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how content fuels brand identity, engages consumers, and ultimately drives business value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build full-funnel content strategies, manage creative campaigns end-to-end, and guide clients through brand transformation initiatives. Your expertise will directly impact brand positioning, customer experience, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Content Leadership:

- Develop and own holistic content strategies that support clients branding, marketing, and business objectives.


- Align content frameworks with evolving consumer behavior, brand narratives, and channel-specific needs.


- Lead content audits, competitor benchmarking, and tone-of-voice development.

Creative Direction & Copy Excellence

- Craft compelling, high-conversion content for omnichannel campaigns web, social, email, paid media, influencer content, and thought leadership.


- Drive storytelling frameworks that strengthen brand recall and customer engagement.


- Provide creative briefs and editorial direction to internal teams and freelancers.

Account Growth & Strategic Advisory

- Act as a strategic advisor to clients by identifying opportunities for deeper brand engagement and digital performance improvement.


- Build and grow client relationships by demonstrating clear ROI and aligning strategy with their business goals.


- Contribute to quarterly/annual strategy reviews and pitch decks for upselling and cross-selling.

Integrated Campaign & Brand Planning

- Lead the ideation, strategy, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and message cohesion.


- Collaborate with design, media, and digital teams to turn content strategies into high-impact activations.

Project Oversight & Delivery Management

- Own project timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks across content deliverables.


- Oversee execution across multiple accounts, managing creative production in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Client Relationship & Communication Management

- Serve as a day-to-day client contact, ensuring clarity, alignment, and satisfaction across all phases of strategy and delivery.


- Maintain a high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) by consistently delivering value and exceeding expectations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors/Masters' degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.


- 36 years of experience in content strategy, brand communications, or digital marketing preferably in a creative/marketing agency environment.


- Proven track record of managing multi-channel content strategies and brand campaigns.


- Deep understanding of SEO, social media dynamics, consumer behavior, and storytelling principles.


- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for persuasive storytelling.


- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle competing priorities.


- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Trello/Asana, and content management systems.
