Role Overview:

As the Product Lead - Platform & AI, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our AI-powered platform, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, research, marketing, and sales teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our market research capabilities and provide unparalleled value to our clients.

This role demands a strong understanding of AI technologies, product management principles, and the market research landscape.

You will be based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI platform, aligning it with the overall business objectives and market trends.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and unmet needs in the market research domain.

- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI-powered features and functionalities.

- Collaborate with engineering, research, and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable specifications and prototypes.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize impact.

- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing iterative enhancements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure alignment.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing, and evaluate their potential application to our platform.

- Evangelize the AI platform internally and externally, showcasing its capabilities and benefits to drive adoption and engagement.

- Manage and mentor a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-powered products.

- Proven expertise in product management, with a focus on AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.

- Deep understanding of the AI landscape, including LLMs, machine learning algorithms, and AI transformation strategies.

- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience in market research or a related industry is highly desirable.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect is a plus
