Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Vice President/Vice President Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth to build and lead the acquisition of strategic partners globally.

This is a highly commercial, hunter-oriented role focused on identifying high-value organisations, building CXO-level relationships, developing partnership opportunities, negotiating commercial structures and closing strategic partnerships.

The role will focus on partnerships across AI, SaaS, data, enterprise technology, cloud, CRM/RevTech, SalesTech, consulting, system integrators and other technology ecosystems.

The successful candidate will build the partnership pipeline from the ground up and convert strategic relationships into revenue, customer acquisition, distribution and platform adoption opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, prospect and acquire high-value strategic partners across global technology and enterprise ecosystems.

- Build and manage a strong strategic partnership pipeline from prospecting through closure.

- Develop CXO-level relationships with CEOs, founders, business heads and senior partnership leaders.

- Identify opportunities across co-selling, referrals, joint GTM, technology integrations, data partnerships, marketplaces and channel partnerships.

- Develop partnership propositions and business cases aligned with MarketsandMarkets' growth objectives.

- Lead commercial negotiations, deal structuring and closure of strategic partnership agreements.

- Develop initial joint GTM opportunities with newly acquired partners.

- Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and Legal teams to execute partnerships.

- Identify new ecosystem opportunities that can strengthen GrowthIQ, SalesPlay and MarketsandMarkets' competitive position.

- Own partner acquisition targets, pipeline, conversion and revenue contribution.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a hunter and ecosystem builder with:

- 13-18 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, Business Development, Enterprise Sales or Ecosystem Development.

- Experience in Vice President / Senior Vice President / Head of Partnerships / Alliances / Business Development roles.

- Proven track record of acquiring and closing new strategic partnerships.

- Strong CXO-level network and executive relationship-building skills.

- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, Data, Enterprise Technology, Cloud, Consulting, RevTech, SalesTech or Digital Transformation.

- Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements.

- Experience in joint GTM, co-selling, channel partnerships or ecosystem-led growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.

- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
