Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Inbound Sales Professional to join our GEM (Growth Engagement Model) team. This role is critical to driving revenue across North America by owning and closing high-intent inbound opportunities.
You will act as the face of the Inbound Sales teammanaging the complete sales cycle, building a strong pipeline quickly, and closing deals using a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from MQL to deal closure for assigned inbound leads/accounts
- Convert high-quality inbound leads across North American markets
- Conduct discovery calls and solution-based product pitches to understand customer needs, use cases, budgets, and timelines
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline within a short sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with Research, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure customer success
- Drive revenue growth through strong relationship building and account expansion
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / Inbound Sales
- Strong experience in consultative selling
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling to international (North American) clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone & email etiquette
- Ability to qualify, prioritize, and maximize ROI on inbound opportunities
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Insightful, persuasive, organized, and data-driven
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitude
- Executive-level presentation and negotiation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Willingness to work in US shift timings from Pune (Magarpatta City)
