About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketplace Manager / Sr. Manager Quick Commerce to lead revenue growth across platforms like Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, and others. You will play a key role in driving sales, optimizing listings, managing relationships, and coordinating with operations to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across multiple Q-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zomato, and Swiggy.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Lead the team in cataloguing, A+ content creation, and SEO for improved product discoverability and conversion.
- Own and manage relationships with key personnel across designated marketplaces.
- Collaborate with the operations team to manage inventory, purchase orders, and stock levels to minimize stock-outs.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports and data-driven forecasts to senior leadership.
- Handle Key Account Management, Category Management, and Catalogue Optimization.
- Manage and mentor a team of associates to enhance performance across Q-commerce platforms.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Q-commerce/Quick-commerce sales.
- Strong interest in or experience with the beauty and personal care sector is a strong plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Strong data orientation and ability to work with forecasting models and performance reports.
- Prior experience in inventory management is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading a team to drive performance on marketplace platforms.
