Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketplace Manager to lead and scale revenue across leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical acumen, team leadership skills, and a deep understanding of online marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive revenue across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Purplle, Myntra, etc. - Conduct detailed market and competition analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. - Lead cataloguing, A+ content creation, and SEO optimization to maximize product visibility and conversions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel across marketplace platforms. - Collaborate with the operations team to manage POs and ensure minimal stock-out scenarios. - Generate and analyze weekly/monthly performance reports; support forecasting and performance planning. - Manage key accounts, product categories, and catalog operations. - Guide and mentor a team of marketplace associates to meet growth targets. Requirements: - Passion for or prior exposure to the beauty and personal care industry is a strong plus. - Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively represent brand goals to platform stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Proven experience in inventory planning and management. - Team leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage junior team members.
