Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to handle and grow our business on platforms like Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Purplle, and Tira.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and revenue across all e-commerce marketplaces.

- Manage product listings, catalog accuracy, A+ content, and SEO.

- Run and optimize marketplace ads to improve visibility and conversions.

- Coordinate with operations for stock availability, POs, and on-time dispatch.

- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account/category managers.

- Track weekly/monthly performance, prepare reports, and support forecasting.

- Lead a small team managing cataloging, content, and day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in marketplace management.

- Strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

- Good analytical and Excel skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in beauty/personal care/FMCG is a plus.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Maximum age- 34 years
