Backed by $10.4M in funding from leading investors like Kalaari Capital, DSG Consumer Partners, and Beenext, the company is carving out a strong position in the skincare and haircare space through science-backed, high-performance products. Role Overview We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Manager to lead and drive growth across key e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for managing sales performance, optimizing product listings, and building strong platform relationships to ensure maximum visibility and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow sales across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Purplle, Myntra, etc. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities. - Lead a team for catalog management, A+ content creation, and SEO to enhance product visibility and ranking. - Liaise with platform category managers and account representatives to strengthen marketplace relationships. - Collaborate with operations to manage POs, shipments, and minimize stock-outs. - Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales and performance reports; support business forecasting. - Oversee key account management, product listings, category performance, and inventory planning. Requirements - 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management. - Prior experience in the beauty or personal care industry is a strong advantage. - Strong communication and presentation skills to represent brand interests across stakeholders. - Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Experience in inventory management, category planning, and sales analytics. - Prior experience managing a team is preferred.
