-We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team and help drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful products that solve real customer problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities.

- Translate product requirements into clear and detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and user stories.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless user experience and intuitive product flows.

- Work with engineering teams to prioritize features, manage sprints, and ensure timely product delivery.

- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and optimize features for user adoption and retention.

- Ensure proper documentation of product decisions, workflows, and releases.

- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs in all product discussions.
