Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial strategy, planning, and budgeting for the marketplace and services ecosystem.

- Ensure compliance with accounting, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.

- Partner with business and product teams to optimize unit economics and margins.

- Manage investor relations, fundraising, and capital deployment.

- Implement strong governance, risk management, and internal controls.

Qualifications:

- 12-15 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in high-growth tech/startup environments.

- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- Strong track record in fundraising, financial planning, and compliance.

- Ability to balance growth focus with financial discipline.
