We are hiring for multiple Marketplace Ads Manager roles across fast-growing D2C brands. If you have hands-on experience in scaling performance across marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart, this could be a great opportunity to work closely with high-growth brands and drive measurable impact.
Location: Gurugram
Working Model: 5 days a week (in-office)
What you'll be doing:
- Own end-to-end marketplace ads performance across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms
- Plan, execute, and optimize sponsored ad campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Manage and improve key metrics like ROAS, ACoS, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, bidding strategy, and campaign structuring
- Drive search visibility and improve product discoverability
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and catalog optimization
- Analyze performance data and share actionable insights for growth
What we're looking for:
- 1.5-5 years of experience in marketplace ads / performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (AMS) and Flipkart Ads
- Good understanding of campaign structure, keyword strategy, and bidding
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience working with D2C / e-commerce brands is preferred
