Profile Overview:
- The Marketing Head will play a critical leadership role in shaping the global marketing vision and driving scalable growth for the organization. This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong commercial understanding to accelerate brand visibility, increase qualified lead flow, and strengthen the company's market position across multiple international regions.
- This role requires end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy, execution, reporting, P&L management, performance forecasting, event representation, and the complete marketing roadmap. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to conceptualize high-impact strategies, implement them with precision, and consistently measure ROI across channels.
- Unlike traditional managerial positions, this is a true leadership role - one that focuses on vision, ownership, execution excellence, and measurable outcomes rather than administrative management alone. The Marketing Head is expected to guide a multi-functional marketing team, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and independently drive initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth, brand authority, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
- B2B SaaS experience is mandatory, preferably within hospitality-tech or related industries, as this role will require deep understanding of SaaS buyer journeys, digital funnels, and enterprise-level sales cycles.
