Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Plan: Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans with B2B strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and events.
- Event Coordination: Identify, evaluate, and recommend relevant industry events for participation or sponsorship to enhance brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media.
- Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality B2B leads.
- Public Relations: Collaborate with external PR agencies to secure press coverage and position LdotR as a market leader.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape; use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials that support the sales process and drive revenue growth.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns; use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or online services sector.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
