Marketing Strategist (SaaS) - Chandigarh/Mohali
Compensation: Up to - 30 LPA + ESOPs
Education: Tier-1 grads preferred (IIMs, ISB, IITs, top B-schools)
About the Role:
We're seeking a Marketing Strategist with a proven track record in crafting and executing high-impact marketing initiatives, particularly for SaaS products. This role is pivotal in accelerating customer acquisition, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring product-market fit through innovative, data-backed strategies.
As a key contributor, you'll take full ownership of strategic planning, design end-to-end marketing campaigns, and work cross-functionally to grow market share and brand equity.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with SaaS product lifecycles and business goals.
- Identify and segment target audiences to improve engagement, acquisition, and retention.
- Define value propositions and positioning frameworks to gain a competitive market edge.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and customer pain points.
- Lead demand generation campaigns across digital, social, email, SEO/SEM, and paid media.
- Implement and refine lead nurturing programs to reduce churn and increase LTV.
- Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and high-performing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns by tracking CAC, LTV, ROI, and other relevant KPIs.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently while maximizing returns.
- Stay abreast of evolving SaaS marketing tools, channels, and technologies.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the marketing team.
What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a product/SaaS company.
- Strong background in strategic planning and end-to-end campaign execution.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, CMS tools, and marketing automation systems.
- Solid understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- A data-driven mindset with a keen focus on ROI and measurable impact.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
