Who are You?
- You have experience driving Marketing Initiatives end to end from concept to launch in Fintech domains
- Strong understanding of product positioning, feature-led marketing, and funnel thinking.
- You have the ability to craft narratives and maintain tone consistency across platforms
- Prior experience designing full-funnel marketing campaigns for Brokerages, AMCs, Wealth-tech startups is a plus.
- You excel at connecting the dots between data and strategy. In a metrics-driven environment, you can sift through high-volume user data to identify meaningful patterns and build campaigns that deliver real business impact.
- You will be required showcase excellent problem-solving & critical thinking skills; break down problems and structure solutions; work by influence, humility and honesty rather than by authority
- You have experience collaborating with performance teams and are hands-on with tools like Meta / Google ad manager and CX / analytics platforms like WebEngage, PostHog and AppsFlyer.
What will you do?:
- Build strategic narratives around every new product feature and release to ensure feature adoption through campaigns
- Continuously refine brand presence across all digital and offline touchpoints while collaborating with the Head of Marketing to drive and execute key branding initiatives.
- Work closely with the performance marketing vertical to align campaign strategies with acquisition and retention goals.
- Develop deep understanding of the target consumer & product, and leverage marketing / social media strategies to drive improvement across all important business metrics
