Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of diverse marketing campaigns that align with and further the company's strategic goals.
- Monitor consumer trends, gather feedback, and analyze customer satisfaction levels to identify insights and opportunities.
- Apply sound marketing concepts and creative thinking to solve organizational challenges related to brand perception, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Provide comprehensive support for both virtual and in-person marketing events, including planning, promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
- Assist in the creation and curation of engaging marketing content for various channels.
- Help track and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
Requirements:- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or relevant certification in Marketing (an added advantage).
- 2+ years of professional experience in a marketing role.
- Good knowledge of SEO principles, especially as they apply to social media platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, content marketing, paid ads).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
